For those of you out there that are logging, my question is this. How would you log a PCDO and Evans, each with there own incision? would you log as two procedures or just one?\
Thanks in advance:confused:

I think you'd probably be technically correct logging them as one procedure. With that said, I'm sure you could argue for the two procedures. I'm basing it off of the fact that both osteotomies are in the calcaneus and both are being used to accomplish a similar task. Again, this is only my opinion.

Shouldn't matter as a student but it should be two if there are two separate incisions. Two different rearfoot osteotomies. Lis franc fusions on the other hand are just one procedure even if you are doing 1-3 TMT fusions with several incisions.
