any oms chiefs on here? you boys looking for associateships yet?

anyone can help out this clueless girl on the proper etiquette of calling up practices? What to say? What to ask? When during the interview process to ask about % productions/collections, salary, partnership, and other specifics?

Best is word of worth after that check to see what has been sent to your dept as far as listings. After that there are a lot of companies that can help but generally they aren't as good as the above two.
