    8 member subspecialty Ophthalmology group looking for new associate. Busy and profitable practice awaits the right candidate in mid-sized midwestern city.

    Practice would consist of roughly 400 cataract and 100 or so glaucoma procedures per year, not including lasers. Practice is very efficient with an overhead at 50%. We own our own on-site ASC and a new 25,000 ft office building. Call is 1 in 10. No managed care.

    We are in the 95 percentile nationwide in profitability.
