I am a PGY-3 resident at Mount Sinai Hospital Manhattan. My fiancé and I are looking for large 2bdr apartment for about 10-11 months. We have a 6 month old German Shepherd puppy, potty trained and she will be going away to puppy training school in September for specialized training. So must be pet friendly. NO ROOMMATE situation.

Prefer laundry in bldg or washer/dryer in unit, appliances, parking or garage, some or all utilities included. Few blemishes on my credit, fiancé's credit is good, but both over 700.
Don't want to pay ridiculous broker's fees as this is something unique to NY. So if there is something available that doesn't involve a broker that would be great or if it does involve a broker---NO FEES!
