No.

Does not matter at all. The only requirements would be if you were applying DO, then you must have a DO letter. MD accepts either DO or MD without bias.

Make sure the doc isn't putting in your letter, "and this is why X student would make a great OSTEOTHPATHIC physician". Some other poster was having this issue.

To my knowledge most md schools don't care if you have a letter from a doctor or not. It's DO schools that care.
