If it won't help you I wouldn't.
We recently had a minor discussion at it in a thread here. I haven't seen any advice from medical schools (google medical student CV and you'll see some med schools giving CV advice) suggesting that you put your grades or scores on it.
if your LOR writers are interested, they'll ask what your score is.
