LORs and Secondaries

Hey
I was wondering if I should submit my LORs before receiving secondary invites for school I know send them out to everybody. That way, it will be done.
What do you guys think?

Many schools specifically request that you NOT send LORs until they have sent you a secondary and requested LORs.
