LORs process

I am curious to how LORs are handled during application. What's the approved process for AMCAS receiving LORs?
Do i ask my Recommenders to send it directly to the schools or they have to upload it for me on my application? or they give me?
How? When? Please share your insight please. Thank you.

Please see the AMCAS instructions manual PDF section 6 (page 55) for Letters of Evaluation (link is below). It is too detailed to cut and paste.

BTW, everybody should have studied the instruction manual like it was the review guide for a final exam of a major course

Is the LOR different from Letter of Evaluation. the link talks about Letters of Evaluation, please tell me
