Low gpa but interviews/acceptances?

I was looking at the ADEA Official Guide to Dental School and saw that some schools accepted students with a gpa that was less than a 3.0. I was wondering if anyone got any interview invites or acceptances from dental schools with a low gpa, say 2.7-3.1 range for both science and overall with no post-bacc or masters. So basically applying to dental school for the first time as an undergraduate student.
