For a patient with DLBCL with testicular involvement: Would you only treat the remaining testes or treat the previously involved lymph nodes as well? The patient is in CR from a full course of chemotherapy.

How much disease was there originally? Was it bulky? How many cycles of chemo? With primary testicle disease, also need intrathecal chemo. Not sure if that's something that needs to be done in this case. Nees more information!

If initially non-bulky then only treat contralateral testis.

Thanks for your reply. Initially this was non-bulky, CR after 6 cycles of chemotherapy. I don't believe this is technically primary testicle because it was found in lymph nodes and testicle simultaneously.

Agree with treating remaining nut.
