MCAT prep this summer?

hello,
I'm having trouble deciding on the best time to prep for the MCAT. I just finished my sophomore year and most of my prereqs, except physics.This summer I will be taking 4 classes (physics included) beginning late June and ending August. For the following summer I won't be able to prep for MCAT because I will studying abroad from April 2011-Aug 2011. I hope to apply during the 2012 cycle, so when do you guys think is the best time to prep. I realize I will need to make some sacrifices, but which?

Here's a brief timeline:

Summer 2010: 4 classes

Spring/Summer 2011: Study abroad

Spring 2012: Graduating

Summer 2012: Applying

I say take it over the winter break before you go abroad. Shoot for a January test date. That'll give you the holiday to finish your studying and then you won't have anything to worry about.
