mcat retake and submitted application

Hi guys,
I have a question regarding MCAT retakes and applications. I've tried to search for responses but I have not gotten a definite answer.
I already submitted my application and it will be transmitted to the schools by this week or next week. I already have an MCAT score but I'm looking to retake the exam and I have indicated it on my application.
I'm wondering if I should delete my retake plans so my application can be evaluated just to see if I get any interviews OR leave the new mcat test date date there and wait for a late September evaluation.
Also, if I don't indicate a new MCAT test date, can I update my app later when I do take it?

Either way will be risky. I'd say advice may depend on the score you just received.
