shadowing/clinical hrs: ~900hrs
Research hrs: ~3000hrs, few pubs, several presentations
various volunteer work

What type of masters? When will you earn it? MD schools won't include the January MCAT in their deliberations, unfortunately, though I believe many DO schools would.
