MD vs Doctor

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Interestingly enough though, on his website he explains the osteopathic philosophy and explains how it makes him different from MDs.

He Refuses!

As an osteopathic physician, Dr. Bahari refuses to jeopardize the whole of a patient for the sake of a cosmetic improvement and advocates non-invasive and minimally-invasive treatments that produce natural results and eliminate the need for plastic surgery and general anesthesia.

I think its a smart way to use the D.O. degree to your advantage!

As far as I am concerned DOs and MDs for most part go through the same type of trainings, and most patients all they recognize is the "doctor" and they neither understand nor care for the two letters of DO or MD!

This debate is stupid. Let's argue about something that actually makes sense.

DDS or DMD, who reigns as the supreme rulers of dentistry?

That is easy. DDS is doctor of dental surgery, DDM is doctor of dental medicine. Everyone knows that surgeons have the bigger gonads, have higher circulating levels of luteinizing hormone, and are more awesomer. QED.

They don't have separate boards and all that like MD or DO, so either degree has equal weight.
