Hey all,
We recently posted that we're currently accepting 2 spots for this ERAS cycle at Allegheny. We also welcome medical students who are interested in a clinical and/or research rotation with us. Our last student (who worked quite hard) produced 3 papers, 2 oral presentations, and was a part of 7 abstracts featured in national meetings.
We like to operate independently of VSAS, so if interested please contact our program director, Dr. Werts ([email protected]) or our program coordinator, Amy Guckert ([email protected]). Alternatively, feel free to contact me through here as well.
*For the MS4s, please note that research conducted with us at this stage may not help your application globally, but we certainly value student rotations if you're interested in our program.
For the MS3s, there is enough time to produce research that will likely help your overall application next year. (We will be filling 1 spot during the next ERAS cycle)
