Medical License Application Question

For anyone who has used or is familiar with the Uniform Application (UA), should a resident physician check the box that states, "I was granted privileges by this institution to see patients or otherwise practice medicine." in reference to their training program? Do we as residents actually carry privileges? Thanks!
