Medical practice in Sweden for undergraduate medical students

Is there any way for an eu-medical student to practice medicine in a swedish hospital for a month (august or july)? Not interested in get payed, volunteering only. Also, if the answer to the first question is yes, is any accommodation or shelter free?

Yes. you can contact the SLF(sveriges läkarförbund) and Socialstyrelsen and ask to do an Auskultation(unpaid ´praktik´). You may apply in different vårdcentral( primary health care centre) and contact the chef(head) directly via email or phone. You can contact hospitals (head of the departments) directly as well, specially in smaller hospitals and smaller cities. Its not easy but doable!

I thank both of you for the response. I'm learning swedish, now I know the basics of the language. What about the accomodation? Should I have to rent a room or dor the hospital/health care center provide me any place to stay?
