metastatic breast cancer responds well to avastin- worthwhile case report?

I came across a pt with meta bra ca Her+ Pr+ Er+ and doc said if i write this its important- not sure how serious he is. He's heme onc. Pt is responding well to avastin. Is this a worthwhile case report? There are numerous studies showing it doesn't work, even specific to this patient-avastin+herceptin- significant study showing it is not effective. Is this worthwhile endeavor?
