Gotta keep in mind that 2o12 data isn't that relevant to 2o14 after the major cuts to ILESI, CESI, SCS, and ultrasound this year. Should reduce all the 2012 numbers by 25% to come up with realistic 2104 numbers.

Correct me if I'm wrong but weren't the cuts in reimbursement only for non-hospital based practice settings? I think the reimbursement for hospital based practices stayed the same or even increased. Right?

The work RVUs went down. The facility fees went up. So it depends how the hospital-based people are payed. If only by wRVUs, then they got cut too.

Hospitals got increases. Why? Because they're the fat cats that put money in the politicians pockets. No matter how bankrupt they claim Medicare is, they still increase payment to hospitals. Nice.

Hmmmm looks like I'm being kept at the 10th percentile while I see ~100 pts/week, 40-50 of which are procedures....love it!!!
