MHA and MPH

i am going to be a graduate next year. I am studying in University of Cambridge in UK. i am going to be a graduate next year. and I am interested in practising in the state. but i am afraid of failing to obtain a residency. Someone told me to do a MPH (Master of Public Health) or MHA (Master of Health Administration). Will I be benefited after doing this degree to obtain a residency? Could someone tell me which degree is better or which institution is the best at Public Health?
