MHA applications

Hey guys, so im planning on applying to some top name schools next year(Columbia, John Hopkins, NYU). I have a pretty good GPA(3.7), and work experience at a doctors office. But I don't have any experience with research or internships. Will this hinder my application? Also, any advice on how to get some research opportunities? Thanks!
