As Aaron Rogers once was quoted: "R-E-L-A-X"! You can't change your prior experiences, and your numbers and pedigree sound very good. Just make sure that you include 5-8 safety and 15 dream and have great essays that articulate passion for research. I don't say match schools because the average top 20 MSTP will have these academic qualifications including being inbred, coming from an Ivy; a match for you is effectively any MSTP. Your safety might be regional MD/PhD programs that are large non-MSTP or other MSTPs with significant strengths in your area of interest.
Examine the table B-8 for competitiveness per slot (# applicants/matriculants): https://www.aamc.org/download/321544/data/factstableb8.pdf
Examine the NIH rankings for funding in your area of interest from Blue Ridge: http://www.brimr.org/NIH_Awards/2015/NIH_Awards_2015.htm

PM me for specific circumstances.

The main things schools are looking for with research experience are:
1) Have you lead any independent research work and developed the perspective and skills that go with that
2) can you intelligently communicate your research experiences and findings
3) do you have enough experience that you know why you need an MD/PhD to pursue your goals (ie do you know what you're getting into and have good reasons for it).

They are not necessarily looking for a minimum number of years or labs or publications to fulfill those requirements. If you feel confident in your application and convey that well in your essays/interviews then 2 years should be sufficient.
