Mistake In Dat Destroyer Biology???

Hey guys, in biology number 279, it says that introns are not transcribed, but I thought they get transcribed but the post transcriptional controls splice them and they do not get translated. plz clarify

but, in my genetic textbook says that it is transcribed into mrna, but introns are removed and then the rna consisting of exons alone get out of nucleus, and get translated

The answer choice should read:
Introns are DNA bases which can be found between exons, but are not translated.
 
Yeah I see what your saying! Sorry about that. I guess even though thats a mistake, the answer is still pretty obvious!
