When I am searching for a program to add to my application list, a couple of programs, in the "Training Offered Section" have two checkboxes, one that says "Fellowship" and a second that says "Hematology / Oncology (Fellowship)." What's the difference here? Should I check one or the other, or both?

Also, who are you listing as your Residency Supervisor? (The field right underneath Residency Program Director." Is this an MD, a coordinator, etc?

Thanks.
