I've read Iowa prefers OOSers to have a 10 or better in each subsection. You might want to call their office and ask about that. Kansas isn't very friendly to OOSers. I'd replace them with Loyola and Rosalind Franklin.

and what exactly are your safeties on this list? MSU?? I wouldn't consider them a safety being out of state...
