I was just wondering if someone could tell me which specialties are the hardest to match and which are least? I recently got accepted to an DO school and was just wondering...

I think for both an MD and DO, its hard to match into Derm, Urology, Radiology ect. As for the least competitive, I would have to say Family Medicine.

Please use the search function. This has been discussed MANY times. Also, check out barnes and noble or amazon for books about specialties. Many books out there have lots of info. Also, don't worry about it. Choose what you like and go for it. Choosing the "prestigious" specialties just because will just make you miserable later.
