Most Helpful MDapplicants Submissions?

So I've read numerous submissions on MDapplicants. Every once in a while I'll stumble upon a submission that really details the journey and gives great introspective advice to future premeds. Does anyone know of any good MDapplicant submissions that would be helpful throughout the application process?
