Which of the IM specialties are the most in-demand, jobs wise? They need not be high paying. Where can this information be found?

Hospitalists and intensivists are in high demand. GI and cards are the highest paying at this point. nephro has good $ potential especially invasive nephro.

Geriatrics and general primary care are the most in-demand specialties. In a big city, you can't have an MI without falling on a cardiologist.
