So I just wanted to explain my current situation and ask for advice.
I'm going to be applying early this June with the AMCAS application.
My college GPA is 3.855 with BCPM GPA around 3.8. I'm going to take the MCAT in this June.
So my main concern is with the GPA: My high school offered dual credit which I opted to take in a couple of courses. Sadly I'm required to put this on my AMCAS application which will likely bring my cGPA down to 3.7 and BCPM around 3.65. I plan to apply to a wide variety of medical schools.
I have asked my school if I can audit the Dual credit. What should I do; how worried should I be about the courses I took in high school that counted for college credit. Will they look at my trend or just overall cGPA/BCPM GPA? any suggestions?
