my WBC

hello student doctors
i know i shouldnt post this here but its a quick question
im ok now but still curious if my wbc was too high (if you know anything about it)

i had a high fever three days ago and my wbc was 24.2 k/ul
i fainted once and woke up at night several times hallucinating

im female in early 20s

just wondering. if i didnt go see a doctor would i be dead now? because i thougth my temperature would go down but my sister insisted that i go see a doctor
i mean should i thank her for saving my life lol
