NAPLEX Score transfer to MD

Has anyone successfully applied and received a Maryland license via NAPLEX score transfer? I've been searching the board website for info and nothing indicates how to do so. I'm assuming you'd fill out the regular application for a new initial pharmacist license and indicate what state you have a license in where it asks and have NABP transfer your score.

I'm a licensed pharmacist in Tennessee, I passed my NAPLEX in July and am still eligible for a score transfer via NABP.
