Has anybody ever opted for any Specialty Practice Sections as a part of your NASW membership? I was looking them over and don't feel like dishing out an extra $35.00 unless I needs to, but was curious whether or not it would be worth it.

I was looking at it last week but and didn't feel swayed enough to purchase it. I feel that there is enough literature, training, conferences, and CEU's out there that we will have access to long after we graduate. Maybe a non student will offer an opinion?

Yeah, the description for what all is attached to it is a little vague. I wasn't sure if it went above and beyond to create some form of professional connections (no idea how it would do this) or if it was the equivalent of signing up for a magazine. :S For now I'll leave it be, not enough money in the bank to fund my idle curiosity...
