NBDE Part I help needed!

Hi, I'm a dental surgeon who graduated from Ukraine and am currently living in the USA. I need help on how to apply for a school, NBDE and sources and test banks i can use for it. Also, I was looking for a list of schools that do not need a TOEFL score in order to apply, and only need NBDE part I and II.
The most important is on how to deal with NBDE part I because it has been bugging me a lot. If i could use a very big test bank (millions of tests idc) it would be awesome! Thank you!
