I've heard of a 3-3-3 rule saying 3 months, 3 weeks, 3 days of studying for parts 1,2,3. I studied for 1 day (barely was even productive on that) and passed pretty easily. Usually most of classmates said Part 2 was easier than Part I - I thought it was tougher, but then again I barely prepped, and TMOD and part 2 stuff in general are not as well versed with me as fundamental sciences are.
Anyhow, if you prepare for a month ahead, you'll probably do fine.
