NDEB equalency process v/s international dentist program

Which is easy option to go if u r permanent resident NDEB equalency process or international dentist program for foriegn trained dentists?are students loans available for international dentist program if you are permanent resident?which banks give less profit rate?

NDEB equivalency -
pros - save time and money
cons - I've heard people have some difficulty getting jobs (not sure though, as its just hearsay)

IDP
pros - you get to learn a lot and are better prepared to enter the job market in a foreign country.
cons - lot of time and money goes into it (100-150k)

Anyone would prefer the equivalency process, you can start practicing sooner and without a lot of debt.
I am sure student loans are available to international dentists who are PR in Canada but I don't know about the bank rates.
