Need Advice: 3.55 cGPA, 3.38 sGPA, 32 M

I just got back my MCAT score and would like some advice.

cGPA: 3.55, sGPA: 3.38
MCAT: 32M (PS 12, VR 8, BS 12)
Major: Biology
NY Resident

EC's:
Shadowing ~50 hrs (neurology, emergency, pulmonary)
Anesthesiology Research (6 months)
Hospital Volunteer (200 hours)
Homeless Shelter Volunteer (100 hours)
Vets Home Volunteer (100 hours)
TA for Physics and Biology classes
Tutor

I would like to apply to Albany, Upstate, Downstate, Buffalo, Stony Brook, Hofstra, Drexel, Temple, VCU, Vermont for allopathic. Also, I would like to apply to NYCOM, Touro, LECOM, PCOM from the osteopathic schools.

I would like to know what my chances are at these schools and what schools I should add to my list. Thanks.
