Need pain/interventional spine referral in Western FL

My colleague's father has a bad neck (s/p fusion) and now with recurrent sx's years later. I looked at his MRI and think that perhaps ILCESI and/or TFESI prn would be reasonable prior to surg (which would involve fusing rest of neck essentially).
