Need some advice on best neurosurgeons at UVA or Hopkins for cyber knife procedure.

I have a friend who lives in the mid-Atlantic. He has an apparently benign tumor near his ear which is impairing his hearing. He has consulted with another physician, and was told he is a good candidate for cyber knife. That hospital won't take his insurance. Either UVA or Hopkins would be viable possibilities.
