Need your advice for my mcat score

Hello, I just got my new MCAT score and it was terrible..
502 (131/121/124/126)
My GPA is 3.9+
I graduated a college in PA.
I am not a citizen and don't have a green card.

I don't know if there is any American med schools open to me.
Or retaking MCAT can broaden the opportunities.
Currently I am thinking about Carribien schools and need your advices for my situations.

With a 502 MCAT, a citizen would have a hard time getting interviews.
Retake the MCAT when you are sure that you will get 513 or better.

You might have chance at the 14 Do schools that accept internationals.

Don't even think about the Crib diploma mills unless you like the idea of being unemployed and deeply in debt..

On point. I got accepted to 1/13 DO schools so far with a 498 MCAT/International student.

You should get numerous II from DO schools with those stats.

Oh! Thank you I didn't know any info about DOs. Will look it up. Don't I have to take any other specific exams for them?

Also, could you please list those DO schools open to internationals?
