No, it was not a joke. You put a flyer up anywhere Seniors go during their day. Put an add on the front door, or on the menu. talk to the manager, etc.

Trust me when I say that it's hard to find doctor's who take a lot of medicare/medicaid and when you do find one, even harder to get them an appt anytime soon.
