I'm glad I'm not going into the 2010 match. The trends aren't reassuring if you want to match into a competitive specialty.

THANKSSS
and no its not encouraging at all!! is everyone scoring 250s? whats wrong ?

Yeah, I read this the other day. It is getting out of control. I felt alright before...now I'm not so sure. Maybe these scores everyone's posting on SDN aren't just "SDN scores"...

Times are definitely getting tougher, what happened to the good 'ol days when a 220 was good enough.

The NRMP took it down because people noted some errors.

I'll post the new one when it is available.

Folks,

Breathe easy. Click Taurus's link again. Numbers look much more sane than previously posted. May be an undergraduate was practicing his statistics 101 on the previous NRMP data.

Times are a changing, but not crazy fast. 220 is still ok. And it is still reasonable for non-sdn scores to match into competitive specialties.

Peace.

Yeah, this is much more in line with what I expected.

Nice to see ;)
