new pharmacies and test strips

So I know I can spend the money and get accredited to bill part b for strips, lancets, etc... Are there any companies that you can subcontract under, like there was a company logimedix which used to let you dispense and they would bill and collect and you would basically make a tiny professional fee but more importantly be able to service the patient ( i know they ended up scamming some stores and disappeared). Any insight would be great as I just can't justify the price to get accredited at the moment. thanks

im at a grocery chain and we lose money doing part b test strips. we do it because we don't want our patients going elsewhere with their other scripts

Part B really doesn't want to reimburse and on top of that they are notorious for their audits and charge backs.
