New Step 3 Format

Does anyone have a good interpretation of what the new Step 3 might look like? Mainly, what are the key format changes? And, are current UWorld, Kaplan, etc. study materials tailored for the new format?

The website for UWorld QBank indicates they have added new questions for the new Step 3 format.
