Has anyone interviewed here yet and can provide some information regarding the program? Previous/current residents - please feel free to chime in regarding your experience.

i hope everyone who applies here in the future see my post. here's my honest input.

did my residency here, after all i've seen and had to deal with, all i can say is RUN. the patient population is deplorable, the management is vile, the clinic environment is hostile. you won't get to do much outside of prophies and dentures, and you'll have to beg to get help. anything and everything is blamed on the residents, who are treated and talked to like children. i've never seen such a poorly managed clinic in my entire life.

there are good, hopeful, responsible people caught in the middle trying to make a difference, but they're going up against stupid and arrogant people who should have been fired a long time ago. RUN.
