Too narrow and it's really mostly handled by psychiatry unless it's a parasomnia.

I did extra training in Imagery Rehearsal Therapy for nightmares (see Barry Krakow research, New Mexico) and have used it a bit in PTSD (both combat and civilian trauma) with good effect. Takes a lot of time and someone committed to the process.
