NMAT in Cebu

Hi everyone. I'm thinking of going into med school, so I'm wondering where I can take the NMAT in Cebu and when. I'm in the states right now so I cant really check. Also, is it absolutely necessary to take a review for the NMAT? It cant be that difficult right? Thanks!
