non-excitable cells

What cells are not excitable? I came across a Question in EK and it said that the eipthelial cells are not excitable?? is this true?

There are a few odd-ball exceptions, but in general, the only excitatory cells worth knowing are neurons and muscle (skeletal, cardiac, smooth); everything else is broadly categorized as non-excitatory (this includes epithelial cells too).
