What are my chances and what schools should I be considering with my stats? Any suggestions are much appreciated.

-3.21 cGPA, 3.07sGPA, with a major in Neuroscience, strong upward trend while taking some graduate level classes (3.53 GPA for major courses)
-36 MCAT, 12 PS/ 11 VR/ 13 BS, taken once.
-LORs from a Neuroscience Professor (former undergraduate adviser who promised to emphasize my stellar performance in the graduate level courses), former PI, a DO, and former employer
-approx 1000 hours research with 1 publication, 3rd author
-will have 1600 hours scribing in ED
-will have approximately 200 hours as hospice patient care volunteer
-2.5 years of full time employment after graduation split between event coordination/sales and math/science tutoring.
- Founding member of a student group that is still active on campus

Those are the highlights.

I'm shooting for MD but open to DO.

For MD I think you're going to need more than a few graduate classes to convince Adcoms that you can handle med school. I suggest a SMP or post-bac, and acing it.

For DO schools, the sGPA is circling the drain. Retake all F/D/C science course. then you should be good to go.
