PICU volunteer.
Degree in fine art from top liberal arts school, 2011
Currently a nurse - 1 year in psych, 1 in neuro.
>500 hours as a CNA in psych
Started a marathon training program affiliated with Special Olympics. First trainee ran his marathon in 3:37 and qualifies for Paralympics
Free asthma clinic volunteer nurse.
Qualitative research design targeted at spinal cord unit patient transfers to and from OR. Recommendations from research in place with positive results.
Shadowed in derm/obgyn/palliative/onc
Pathophys 1&2 exam review led

3.7 cGPA/3.8sGPA May 2015 MCAT 86-96 Percetiles very consistent across sections

With the equivalent of a 32 I would delete Columbia and NW.
If you are not WWAMI there is no sense in applying to U WA.
Pick a couple more from @Goro's list and you should be fine if that is your only MCAT score.
