We posted this on Facebook and Twitter, but I thought I would put it up here as well in case someone was interested. Please PM me if you are and I can forward you the reporter's information.
From Kiplinger’s Personal Finance magazine, a national monthly:
Each month, we profile an individual who has succeeded in bringing their passion to fruition in a column called “Success.”
We would like to find someone who left behind a career (including staying at home with the kids) in their 30s or 40s to go to med school. He or she should be fairly far along in the process--working now as an intern, resident or in their first job—who would like to share their story with us.
We would need a brief bio and explanation of why he or she made their career change.
Message WildWing and I'll send you the reporter's information.
